What is title?
Title is a sentence or phrase that is shown in the title bar
of the browser. Title is set in HTML Command of the page in the head section of the
page. The HTML Command use for title is
<title> Here is Title of your Page </title>
Titles are vey important in SEO. Now the Question is this
what is the relation between title and SEO. Title is show in the search result
as a heading in blue color in the first line of the search result. Usually user
decide to open a search result against a query only by glance on the blue
color title in the search results, so titles are very important to getting
click or visit of a site. If title of our web page is attractive and clear than
CTR (Click Through Rate) will be higher. Title of a page shows user as well as
search engine what the topic of a particular page is. Title of different pages
must be different in SEO practices. Because the same title of two different
pages after getting rank in search engine may cause trouble for the user.The
title of the web page also show the relevancy of search query and topic. Title
tells the user about the topic or information the user want. There is a
specific length of title is specified by the search engines. This is about 63
characters.
What Happens if the title is too long:
If the title of a web page is too long it will show only the
first 63 characters after this will show only …. in the search result. By this
user will not clearly understand about the topic and
keyword relevancy and Click through Rate will decrease, so it is another
important site of creating unique and accurate titles. Most important Points
must be kept in mind before setting title.

Title of every page must be different.

Title must be no longer than 63 characters.

Title must be about the topic of the page.

Title must not have conventional words like
welcome, our site is the best site and e.t.c.
5.
Always Create Unique and Accurate Titles.
6.
Titles of web pages must be descriptive and
brief.
